This 6-Ingredient Smoothie Is Full of Nourishing, Real Food Ingredients
You won’t find any processed ingredients or refined sugars in this heavenly recipe. This smoothie focuses on nutrient-dense, wholesome foods.
People often chase after low-fat or fat-free options, but there’s a better way to enjoy your meals.
Back in the ’80s, I was caught in the low-fat craze, but much of what I consumed lacked essential nutrients.
Here’s a little truth bomb: traditional foods don’t qualify as low-fat or fat-free. The reality is that healthy fats found in foods like grass-fed butter, ghee, and coconut oil are indeed beneficial.
On that note, I’m thrilled to share that one of my go-to brands for cultured dairy, Nancy’s, has introduced whole milk cottage cheese – packed with protein and made from organic whole milk!
Finding quality, genuine cultured whole milk cottage cheese can be a challenge these days; many options are either fat-free or low-fat, stripped of their live cultures.
Keep an eye out for this whole milk cottage cheese in your local grocery store.
One serving of Nancy’s Organic Cultured Whole Milk Cottage Cheese packs a whopping 14 grams of protein!
How awesome is that? I’m all about smoothies bursting with protein and healthy fats!
I’ve been a fan of Nancy’s products for as long as I can remember. Their tangy, creamy yogurt was a childhood favorite!
As an adult, I’ve come to appreciate Nancy’s commitment to sustainability and real food.
Their focus on organic practices has been evident long before it became mainstream, and I love that they remain family-owned and operated in Eugene, Oregon, since 1960.
Plus, they offer genuine live probiotic cultured products, with their whole milk cottage cheese containing billions of live active probiotic cultures—so crucial for gut health!
Probiotics, Protein, and Tons of Flavor in a Smoothie!
Yes, please! The combination of creamy whole milk cottage cheese and high protein raspberry cheesecake smoothie is loaded with both probiotics and protein!
All You Need Is a Handful of Simple Ingredients and a Blender
To make this delight, gather your creamy whole milk cottage cheese, coconut water (or milk of your choice), a generous amount of frozen organic raspberries, honey or maple syrup, a touch of vanilla extract, and crushed ice.
Blend it all up for a creamy, icy, frothy treat!
